The Bookshop is taking submissions for prescribed and recommended textbooks for 2010. Please submit any available information as soon as possible. Timely submissions can significantly reduce the cost of textbooks for your students. Submissions for second semester are also welcome (for processing in 2010).
All submissions should be made via this online form. It is easy to complete and should take only a few minutes.
Please note that submissions placed in previous years will not be carried over and the same form can be used to submit a list for each semester in which a subject runs, if the same books are required.
As usual, please direct any questions regarding textbook orders to the Bookshop's Academic Liaison Officer for your school or faculty.

The Bookshop is offering to print course materials at no cost to departments through a process already successfully trialled by some schools and departments. The conventional process for processing DTMs remains available.
Under the new process, the Bookshop asks schools and departments to provide original copies of course materials to DPC (or other preferred printer) and some enrolment information to the Bookshop.
Thereafter, the Bookshop deals directly with the printer, bearing the cost of the printing so that there is no financial commitment for schools or departments. An initial order (usually 80-90% of enrolment) is placed by the Bookshop and followed by top-up orders to meet demand. During the semester the Bookshop will liaise with designated departmental staff (on issues such as updates on enrolment figures) but, regardless of the department's involvement, the Bookshop bears the cost of any unsold materials.
Printers should not start printing until they receive an order from the Bookshop, but the shop undertakes to place an order within 48 hours of receiving the above information. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order from the Bookshop, please email the relevant ALO
For 2009 orders, the Bookshop will take delivery of Summer reading packs from 1 December 2008 and 1st Semester packs from 2 February 2009. Time taken by printers to complete printing jobs will vary and should be negotiated between the printer and the school or department.
Please use this form to submit enrolment info for DTMs once they have been supplied to the printer.
