15% off almost everything for MUSU, GSA, Aa members

Current MUSU, UoM GSAand UoM Australasian Association members are eligible for an instore discount of 15% on all items (except course notes, Bookshop & ABA vouchers and TicketMaster tickets). ABA vouchers

Please note that we are unable to offer discounts when payment is tendered with ABA book vouchers.

these discounts are for instore customers only

returns

This offer is provided in addition to your statutory rights. If you wish to return a purchase, we will issue an exchange voucher (credit note) subject to the following conditions:

Goods that are deemed by us to be faulty will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

If goods are accepted for return and a credit note is issued, it will be valid for a period of twelve months from the date of issue and must be produced as proof of outstanding credit. No replacements will be issued.

These services do not affect your statutory rights, and the Bookshop retains its right to refuse returns and exchanges at its discretion.

Exceptions

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

Course Notes and Departmental Materials

Continuing students who either withdraw from a course or change their enrolments may return course notes for a credit note which can be used to purchase goods including course notes from the Bookshop. Students either withdrawing from a course to study at another institution or returning overseas will be given a refund.

Normally both categories of students will be required to return goods within 3 weeks of the commencement of the Semester, with appropriate departmental evidence of their change of circumstances and proof of purchase.

Postage of Returns

The customer will bear any related costs of the original outward postage and of returning the goods to us, if applicable.

Goods that are despatched in error by us will be refunded in full, and the Bookshop will incur any related postage costs.
